I was thinking of doing the 'Bridge to Brisbane' charity event with a group of friends this year, I don't mind the 5km race, but my friends want to do the 10km, but I really don't like them..

Idk what to do. :(

Do the 5km, then make sure you're at the finish of the 10km looking refreshed with a cool drink in your hand.

Also, sounds like you hate your friends not the races.
