its mainly 13-16 year old girls who think thats a cool style
i remember when the style was actually pretty cool about 5 years ago... now its just OH GOD.
its mainly worn by teenagers ranging from 13-20. people who keep looking like that after 20 just look ridiculous in my opinion... seeing a 25-30 yr old emo is NOT cool.
sometimes u gotta realise its time to grow up...
