always wonder why people choose to get mutilated like this...
on another note:
gonna lie like everyone in here and pretend everyone has nice pics
OMG NAIS PICS GUYS!!![/quote]
To each their own. What you consider 'mutilation' I consider art and the client considers beautification and enhancement. :)

That's some impressive inking, Bear. As I've heard it's not an easy thing to do, so I have a lot of respect for people who can produce some genuinely awesome tattoos. I struggle as it is with just a pen and paper.
Don't think I'd be too proficient with needle and skin.
The hardest part was learning to keep a steady hand since the gun vibrates heavily. Over half of our clients always want a stencil or bring in a picture which can make it boring sometimes, but I was look forward to those who come in with only a piece of vision in their minds. Then we both go on an adventure of bringing it to life.
I used to watch LA Ink (don't judge, I like Kat Von D... sue me)
when I had nothing else to watch, and generally the best tattoos were the ones that allowed the artist a level of freedom. I've yet to be inked, but I have had an idea in mind for a number of years. Just gotta get around to finding a tattoo artist whose work I like. I don't have a design for anyone to work from. Just an idea.
