Yeah, it's much like the wilderness, with the exception that if you hit a girl, people start dialing the cops and they come arrest you.
If you hit a guy, a circle forms with a mix of people rooting and people watching like a cow. (nobody seems to pilejump)
Also, apparently 'training your agility level by balancing on the railings that keep you from falling into the grand canyon' gives everyone around you a heart attack...
After cops cops confiscated my herbs I've been stockpiling for training herblore, I said 'screw this, I'm going back to runescape.'
