We have the same military shirt! Corps made me shave my head and they didn't force you?! Sad times man ;(
They forced to adjust hair to "manly". Around 3cm was still fine though, not needed to shave bald. This is taken post army though, kept the shirt ^^

Spain, was neat 38-40 Celsius. Dubai so exotic and great I'm jealous, too bad the flights are so expensive
