Perk? Just makes you look more feminine. I've seen plenty of guys with beards that didn't look any older than their age because some just can't grow them well, genetics are a bitch. And kid discounts? baby face and short? You have my sympathy . Seriously, though.

Honestly I haven't had a completely clean face since I hit puberty. Never looked back, never saw any need to do so. I think this one is like 7-8 months, at least on my chin it is; the rest is about 6.

I like looking feminine. I don't know why it just suits me better. I even look feminine when I grow out my beard, it just doesn't work on me lol. My dad has a beard and it looks good but he has a more masculine face where as I look a lot more like my mother.

And i'm slightly under average male height but as long as i'm not freakishly short ( like my mother whose 4' 9" ) i'm proud to be my height. And there's nothing wrong with saving $3 a movie and $20-50 at shows by doing nothing

I remember when you first started growing the beard (don't remember the date, however it was quite some time ago). Looks good man!
I actually just shaved my sideburns off earlier. No major reason aside from the left side absolutely refusing to tame after months and months of trying, there was one little spot that had a damn-near 360° curl. I tried everything and nothing would help it grow how I wanted it like the rest did. Sideburns aren't a big deal to me anyway, it'll be filled back in completely this time next week and I'll have a few months before facing 'the curl' again.

Hell I might just keep a hollywoodian style for a while, not sure yet, never actually seen a hollywoodian style as long as mine so kinda have mixed feelings about it. But like I said it won't be long before it covers nicely anyway, my genetics are pretty strong apart from the mustache, I was cursed with an almost completely blonde stache. Looks pretty good if I dye it the same color as beard but I've embraced it at this point. Even have a blonde racing stripe going down the middle where my chin is to match it.
