Down 150, now weighing in at 170. Pretty proud that my rib cage sticks out to the point where I can see every one of my ribs.
Also I have a wicked headcold so that is why my eyes are all "kill me now please".

Sick transformation, can really see on your face too, looks really slim compared to before, looking at your latest pic your body is in great shape, if you start bulking now i reckon you could put on quite a bit of muscle gain seeing you have the build for it.

But do something about that haircut and beard lol, imo your beard isn't dark enough and doesn't cover enough of your face.
Maybe alot shorter on the sides and a bit shorter on the top for your hair

Yea I've been told I have a great build for bulking a few times on account of my large ribcage, wide shoulders, and small waist but I really want to hit 160 before I start putting on muscle because I just want to say I lost 160 and weigh 160. (It's one of those strange ocd things and only 10 pounds away so what the hell)

And I'm actually growing out my hair right now, going for like a shoulder length kinda deal (I'm aware it leaves a lot to be desired right now lol). As for shaving yea normally I go cleanshaven but I've been sick the past 3 days and just said screw it. Last thing I want is to hold a blade to my face while the room is spinning lol.
