That amount of hits is completely normal. You're just going to get more views and more "creeps" now that you've commented on it.
Don't take the hits too seriously though, there were a few lurkers from here who would go around posting certain girl's pictures in chat rooms, etc. so they would get a lot of hits and purposely creep them out.

It's linkify, everytime a page on this thread is opened, everyones picture gets a hit.
