Usually if I'm skilling I'll be playing osrs at the same time or watching something else so I have it a size where I can fit osrs/whatever I want next to it:

Laptop screen is rip for PvM. I also swap the melee abilities bit in the bottom middle with whatever style of combat I'm using. Everybody cares about things that nobody cares about.
