Would be really cool if the pictures you guys are showing are your actual desktops backgrounds that you use all the time and not just for a picture. Would be more 'legit' I guess

All of the ones I show are my actual desktop backgrounds... I just like variety.
I always have my desktop icons hidden, it's not for show. My OCD hates seeing them clutter the background. I take the time and make every single picture perfectly fit for my screen, I'm constantly editing stuff with GIMP. Everything I use is either tagged somewhere on my Taskbar or in the Start menu.

I just happened to see the guy above the one I posted had an American Flag as well.
