I have taskbars set to classic for speed purposes.
That's my basic set-up for playing, sometimes I'll make my RS screen bigger if I'm pvming or dging but when I'm afking ivy, my screen looks like the above.

I play on the client with the window at max size no matter what im doing
and usually Ive got windows media player playing music, and im always on windows live messenger chatting with friends. My background is the black knight from Dark Souls
Id post a screenshot, but tbh its impossible to see everything, i just use the task bar at the bottom
