Hm I don't think ive ever dreamed about Rs.
The only thing I can relate to in this way is: I was playing Dance Dance Revolution when i was younger for too long. When I closed my eyes I saw arrows flying. It was quite disturbing.

I have RS related dreams very often.
I used to be one click off 16 99s which I got all at once when I maxed, but I used to have nightmares about misclicking and getting them accidentally nearly every night. I used to get up to make sure my computer was actually closed to make sure it was just a dream. I don't miss those days. Sometimes I also had nightmares about dying and having to rush back to grave, but fortunately this new death system actually got rid of those nightmares for me.
I still have RS related dreams quite often, quite many of them often involve me doing high level PvM, which is obviously only going to happen in my dreams.
Just few days ago I was playing before I went to sleep and when I fell asleep I dreamed about continuing playing. I guess it's just my brain's way to make sleeping feel less like XP waste.
