Yes, it's max cape; however the colour values are still the same (or similar). Just try them in different places :)

Finally got a combo of colors I like:

This color combo can work really with any color as long as you change the hue of the 3 blue ones to the same number. Could probably also lighten or darken the tan as you want it.

Darkest blue (shadow) : 39 - 2 - 18
Lighter Blue : 40 - 1 - 30
Darker brown : 62 - 1 - 29
Light brown / golden : 5 - 2 - 42
Light blue (almost gray) : 39 - 0 - 61

Those are the five main colours of those clothes.
Use whichever you like and let me know how they turn out :)
