Ok so this is what I just spent an hour doing, light purples kind of like the water blue, green, and pink... BUT its maxed cape sorry Comp cape peoples you will have to figure it out :(

Here's my cape, I tried to get it to match a Slayer Cape's colour, or a top hat's.
