There is a female player on HLF that has the lightest Max cape colours I've ever seen.
I need to know how to get it that light.. It almost looks like the white border from the hood has completly faded away and mixed with the colours.

by changing the lum higher the number lighter/brighter it is (0-127)

I guess I'm a bit slow... but I dont get the whole number thing. How do you pick which color on the max cape with these numbers?
EDIT: Wow just now realized you can right click it zzz
