Alright, so I talked to them, and this is what they told me.
Put the picture of what you are trying to match into paint, then use the doppler to get the desired color. once you have the desired color, go into edit color under "colors," and pick define custom colors.
Once you have paint colors do this:
Divide by:
hue 3.79
sat 34.285
lum 1.889
Disclaimer:
Some values may be slightly off, as this is not an exact science (someone can mess around and make it exact probably), but as of now, the brightness or w/e is slightly off and you need to click slightly higher sometimes. It is however, far better than guessing.

I posted it cuz I thought you'd post it in the front for others to use that felt like trying to match colors themselves as it is far easier (the hardest part is grabbing the correct color in paint, which is why the final color is sometimes off)
