These are the colours I have on my max capes after maxing on this account yesterday.

They're not completely accurate and I'm still figuring them out, as well as the outfit for one of them.

Colours on the dark cape are the same in both of these pictures. They were more accurate to the Slayer cape before but I decided to vary it a little more by changing some of the shading.

the blue naval outfit from trouble brewing possibly? seems to semi match the top colors of the cape.
