For my current max cape (matched it to Zarosian War Robes as best I could) I have:
47-7-49
48-7-82
47-7-49
49-7-37
47-7-38
I think the middle background piece (the first one) might be just a tad too dark, but I love the scheme nonetheless.
Also, for the Dungeoneering Cape, I prefer this:
4-7-20
0-0-0
3-4-30
0-0-10
I noticed you were missing Smithing, so here's one for that:
0-0-35
7-7-127
0-0-40
0-0-30
For Hitpoints:
63-0-127
0-7-50
