Yukari Yakumo's theme is pretty close to Ran Yakumo's theme, the only difference is the prelude (opening).
Flowering Night is one of my favorite themes as well.
Mokou is indeed immortal, hence her theme
(spoiler: She can feel pain, but can't die. She drank the Hourai Elixir.)
