Seems like they're trying to have younger players provide competition for their starters now then with signing like Umtiti and Digne in positions which they've usually had to use older players when needed for rotation/injures.
Surely the likes of Adriano, Vermaelen, Mathieu might not be getting a lot of playing time from now and might look to move on.

Thought a right back to replace Dani Alves would be a more urgent issue than signing a left back to compete with Alba in Barca's regard though.

The team from Gibraltar beat FC Flora too, one of the strong Estonian teams. Flora and Celctic are far from each other, but it shows that this Lincoln team is actually a stronger side than what you'd expect from Gibraltar.
