€25M for Umtiti from Lyon to Barca seems like a good deal considering the options were Laporte (€50M release clause I believe), Marquinhos (PSG threatened to activate Neymar's release clause in retaliation lol) or Mustafi for €40M+ asking price (could be more if Valencia don't want to sell him).
