FPS lag question

Basically as of an update I have been FPS lagging in League. I used to be at 200 fps and now I am at 80 FPS and dropping down randomly to 0 or 15 with the league audio distorting but not my regular music. I have tried a ton of fixes and nothing works. If it was my graphics card itself or my comp Runescape wouldn't run properly either right? Same with streams and videos. Only my league has FPS drops. I am just making sure my graphics card or w.e it is called isn't broken. ~God is a Poro~ NA Akali main ~Poro Lover~

i believe if you turn off your bots it'll reduce the stress on your computer
