Went for a 2 hour yog this morning.. just couldn't run off my stress. Even though I have everything completed, I still feel the pressure.. IDK what to do.. I normally go for a yog and I am ready for the day, but if that doesn't work I workout. That didn't work also! urgh
Now I am in a bad mood
Someone provide me with some tips.. this is the first time this has failed me since I was 18
