Fucking stupid. I don't understand...

Apparently, the $49 charge is coming out of my tuition, but... the tuition hadn't changed from about two-three weeks ago, so how is it suddenly $49 more bucks...

Upon further investigation, I am listed as getting a certain amount of an award on one page, but on a different page, it is significantly less. What gives.
