Simple answer is No you can't hold the keys down as it may trigger off the Bot detection. Once you trigger that you might be saying bye bye to the account as Jagex may ban it for Macroing.

Honestly it's not worth the risk of a few extra mouse clicks to save a tiny bit of time. Play the game as it's designed to be played and you won't be looking over your shoulder wondering if and when Jagex is going to catch you.

Even Mouse Keys is risky. It's not worth the risk. Trust me people have been banned for setting them up wrong and setting off the bot detection.

Also remember the kitten will need feeding and watering. Then it will need out lol. Also if you ask the kitten to stand on your KB that might be account sharing. :P

In a nutshell. Not worth the risk. ;)
