In his budget of May 12 , 2015, the Australian Federal Government Treasurer Joe Hockey revealed details of a new 10% goods and services tax (GST) to be introduced on "certain electronic supplies".

The proposed GST has already been dubbed the 'Netflix Tax' in Australia as on-demand video-streaming is one of the services that will come under the scope of the new rules. The Australian GST on digital services is due to come into effect in July 2017.

Try looking at http://www.reddit.com/r/steamgameswap or http://www.steamgifts.com/trades

They use TF2/CSGO keys to trade, and I think some of them are cheaper for Aus/Europe people to buy straight off Steam store. Steam has done some things to stop people trading games like this last big sale (region locking games), so idk how good it is anymore
