My day:

Called up dentist to get a price for this crown that I am getting > got the receptionist > got told the price > price seemed high > called insurance company > insurance company told me to call up dentist to get a treatment code > called up dentist > got the receptionist again > asked for the treatment code > got treated like a child.

"I already told you the price. Why are you asking for the code? There are different teeth; you've got wisdom, molars, incisors. Why does it seem too high? Would you rather pay [THIS INCREDIBLY HIGH AMOUNT THAT SEEMS LIKE A RIP-OFF]?! I can't give you the code. I am. Busy with MY doctor! You're going to have to call back!"
