I just had a stunning revelation...after all these years of playing runescape it has just now hit me that the nature rune icon is a freaking tree...guess nature just wasn't enough to click for me, nor the copious trees surrounding the altar. Maybe this is proof I need to get outside more. Please someone say I'm not the only one who didn't realize this l0l.
