I don't really think it's postcount farming. I think it's just more or less an encouragement to post on forums.

There'll probably be issues if the poster posted subsequently in various topics, perhaps with the same message. I don't think there'd be too much of an issue with 2-5 posts back-to-back, but... ehhh...
