true fire pizzas in stone ovens are so amazing though. Also the cheese shouldnt be that greasy.
its a shame REAL good pizzas are hard to come by. I know one guy who always makes them at festivals. He literally builds his ovens from materials that he finds around the festival terrain.

dear god his pizza's are the best I've ever had the joy of eating.
