I had hard drive problems recently, due to old age most likely. I sent it in for a new hard drave, I got lucky though, they fixed my fan, new battery, new cover+touch pad, my laptop didn't need any of this in the first place, only a new hard drive. I'm not complaining though, I was so happy about that surprise I suppose being a female irl does get you a long way!
