Studys have shown that it is worse to brush your teeth in the shower because behind the shower head is a build up of calcium and dust. I suggest you to clean said area before proceeding. You may think it is easier to do that, but it is detrimental to your gums.
What about peeing in the shower to save efficiency irl?
