Could always play with some bots for a bit offline

When you click the play tab, there should be an offline with bots option.
Just chose whatever map you want to play and click play.
Should be a popup that lets you choose the difficulty and it will load you in
For commands I guess you could check controls and have a read through.
Easy to pick up when you've played more
