akali is a fun/easy assassin

ap gangplank is like 90% useless but its fun to run around their team spamming oranges (big heals and cleanse)

Yeah I played her a lot in ranked, she's so easy a squirrel can play her. After you hit 6 just constantly roam (bot lane usually best) to get fed and make sure your lanes do well. Kinda bored of playing her though so I just ban her all the time.
