But, the Skype program that I had before this lovely update, it was the white-default, and on that version, there was an option to change it back and forth, but now this version doesn't have it.

you can either look to download an older version of skype, or wait and hope after enough complaints they add that feature back in

I've seen that, yeah. But, that doesn't assess the problem of the lack of white-default.
I've been looking for the previous version or two, but Old Version isn't working for me at the moment. ;n;
