They're rats that maybe bad. They may be good. The bad ones will lie and say they're good. The good ones will still say they're good. So you basically get good rats that might be bad but probably not but you'll never know until you try so try or you'll never know but if you know and they end up being bad then that's bad luck but if you get good ones then yay you win because good rats are good
