I saw this somewhere and I thought it would be nice to post here.
Just find your letters in your name on the list and answer the questions as you go.
Use your irl name and/or your RS name.

W - Which celebrity I’d marry?
X - X rays I had?
Y - Your last time you cried?
Z - Zodiac sign?

I'll start:

S - song I last sung? "Sam Hunt - Come Over".
H - Hot chocolate, tea, or coffee? Tea
I - ice cream flavour? Strawberry :3
R - reason to smile? Cats.
