This isn't very accurate though, because people tend to change their habits and traits throughout their life. I'd say most estimations are off by ~15 years excluding accidents etc.
Besides, I think there's gonna be a huge war within about 50 years and a big portion of us will die in that time, but thats just me.

who knows? It might be. These factors are very relevant when determining ones duration of existence. The only thing making it inaccurate (I never talked about exact) is that everything is circumstantial and our environment is dynamic
Given that nobody dies of an accident, of course. Genetics also play a part but that too falls in the category of dynamic environment, taking epigenetics and phenotype plasticity into consideration, because genetics don't determine when your heart is going to stop but how susceptible you are to diseases...........
