I would quickly like to poll something, just to see where everyone stands. I'm very glad that you guys are participating, but I wish there would be a few more participants. That's why I had this in mind:

Instead of 1 competition of before and after the winter, maybe we can divide that into 2 competitions:
-Group phase
-Knock-out phase.

Both separately with in the knock-out phase everyone starting at 0 points. So at the end of the season, there would be 2 winners.


The reason why: this would give new people a chance to join the competition after the group phase. Right now we're already at the point where any new participant stands no chance anymore. With the system suggested above, we can recruit some more friends during the winter break.

Let me hear what you think. Majority decides (only the 4 active participants), which means 3/4 in favour is needed.

2 competitions. Eventually in the knockout phase there may be a clear winner before semi-finals. And I would like to see more participants :)

IMPORTANT:

Besiktas - Napoli (Tuesday, 1st Nov) begins at 5:45PM forum time. Prediction for that game must be submitted before 5:45PM forum time. Normal deadline applies to the remaining 7 games. [Keep in mind, if you group the Besiktas game prediction together with the other 7 games, then editing that same post between 5:45PM and 7:45PM will invalidate the prediction for the Besiktas game.]
