Well.. I'm not sure what type you're looking for, but 'Minigames' fc has a nice community chat :P

I'm not too sure on any other fc's as community chats sorry :P

Yeah, "Minigames" is good. Most fc's I know are friends only though. You can also guest in clan chats, and there are great clans out there. "Zac" is a rather niche friends chat for a certain community. Uh...I really can't think of any off the top of my head. Basically hangouts have moved from fc to cc.
