I think this should become a sticky. It will reduce flaming on the forums. People will flame on others less if they know people better.

1 sentance doesn't describe anyone well and things like "new" really doesn't help, just puts people up on a pedastol and puts people down for no reason. If they're going to learn about someone they should learn from their posts.
