So, quick question, I figured I'd post it here so it doesn't get swamped in the sea of the other forums.
If a Runescape member has Membership on the 1st of every month, they go on vacation for a little over a week, and after this 10 day holiday, they come to find out that their bank/card suddenly stopped allowing reoccurring payments on their account. They did not lose their grandfathered plan of 5.95.
HOWEVER, and here's the question;
1) If they didn't lose the grandfathered plan of 5.95, does this mean they didn't lose their loyalty programme streak either in Solomon's shop?
From my understanding, you go too many days without membership, you lose your streak.
2) Does this also mean that you will only continue to get crowns for having a membership without hiccups?
A 10 day is technically a hiccup, it would be most unfortunate to have to redo getting the loyalty crowns again.
Thanks for responding, and I do apologize if this is the "wrong forum".
