This one. Being a young, lonely e-dater (like all of you) 6 years ago, I was stunned by Poppy's appearance. I tried to join her friends chat in-game but had no luck. I even made a thread her on HLF but she never replied. So as a last resort, I decided to add her on Facebook. However, she never accepted my friends request and it really broke my heart.
I never check my pending messages on FB because they are always spam/bots. Until 2 weeks ago, that is. I was laying in my bed late at night and couldn't sleep. After looking scrolling through Instagram for about an hour, I still couldn't fall asleep. So I started reading through my old chats on messenger. That is when I found a message from Poppy that she sent me back in 2011. Crazy, right? My eyes lightened up. For 6 years, I had thought that Poppy was a cold heartless woman who just ignored a fans friendship. I won't say what the message was, it's a private message for a reason (
). I checked her profile and it said that she was now living in Copenhagen. I didn't believe it. Coincidence, or was it meant to be?
I messaged her back 6 years later and asked if she was really living here now. Much to my surprise, she replied and said yes. I asked her if she remembered me but she did not (obviously). Anyways, we then started talking and I'm taking her out on friday. Never give up on your dreams my friends.
Ps. She has matured into a much more beautiful woman since that video was recorded.
