like where i live there's some pokestop or w/e, and so many ppl are sitting there 24/7 that they end up also sitting/standing on the road and blocking traffic. i have no clue why no ones called the police yet but it's been this way since release.

you're using the same arguements that pro gun people use in america. "blame the people not the weapon, weapons don't kill people, people kill people."

yes that is true the physical game doesn't force people to act stupid, but the actual gameplay leads to more people stupid than it should. Without the game we wouldn't be seeing these things, so there is a direct correlation between the game and the stupid people. if we removed the game then those stupid people wouldn't be crowding around and sitting there all day and causing problems.

Essentially there's a large enough group of people that are acting irresponsibly around this game that is causing people to hate it, which is a shame because like anything in life if you can't act responsibly then you shouldn't be allowed to play it.

If someone steals a car, then he acted irresponsibly, and now I have to buy security for my car. 99.99999% of the population won't attempt to steal my car, but I have to spend money because the fews negative actions outweighs the many. If the few keep on being stupid and over-doing it then yes people will blame the many.

I don't follow gun laws in America, but from an outsider's perspective, I don't think it wholely relies on the person.

I play Pokemon GO, and I've yet to get hit by a car, walk into a busy street, die, fall off a cliff, drown, walk into a hospital full of ebola patients, nothing. The radius in which you can catch Pokemon is generous with the radius of Pokestops being not so generous, but I don't understand any reason why people are managing to cross roads without realising, or in your case, blocking a road without realising?

I personally look up from my phone every so often, so does everyone I know, which is where my point about the problem laying with the person comes from. I don't think the game deserves how much shit it gets, considering you don't actually have to look at your phone (all the time) to play the game, I tend to keep my phone in my hand and wait for it to vibrate - then try to catch the Pokemon in question, but I guess that's too complicated for some people and therefore the game should be removed - because the people playing it are being stupid. I feel that they'd be the kind of person to try and walk across a motorway any way, so I don't really care if they were playing Pokemon GO at the time. Unslain Bosses - Clan

its really cool how many are on it tho

i live in a really low density area, and found a gym that was relatively easy to beat by a river. so my sister and i took the dog for a walk and made short work of it. went inside to make some pizza, and when we had finished, someone else (not the previous gym bosses) had already taken the gym. then theres the kids spending all day biking around and probably making lots of friends in the process (and enemies)
