Think I read he is planning on setting up his own game development business, also based in Cambridge.

I think it's a competitive tactic.

He knows private information. He's already cut off from Jagex's board since Oct. 4th according to his tweet and still on payroll as to not let Mark join another company until the private information that Mark knows is released.

That's when he'll be officially finished with Jagex.

Easy life being on garden leave I suppose
