alright so I moved into this house, the internets really unstable, always cuts out. randomly kicks me, and I was trying to get down to the root of it. the other day our service provider came out and rewired the cable, which is our internet too. said it was suppose to be faster. cant tell much a difference, but still really choppy, I noticed when I moved in we have two networks up. for no dumbass reason. was thinking maybe that could be the problem? idk

Sounds like the old network hasnt been deleted from your device and now there's a new one.
