I won't be around to see it because I'm already in my 60s :)

I rather think they'll be pretty much like they are now: a lovely Reception area with smiley staff, then down the corridor are the stark resident areas stinking of old cabbage and urine, minimal furniture and comforts and surly staff to whom the often helpless Residents are simply a nuisance. (And that's the 'better' ones that you pay for privately).

To make them anything other than that in the future will require a huge change in mindset.
