Out of the 200M+ accounts, it's pretty safe to assume that there's at least one other person that has a keepsaked untrimmed slayer cape along with a comp cape ;p 8^]

Most accounts are inactive/banned.
There are around 22k accounts with Max total level, many accounts are inactive not even having membership. And many more do not even have all the requirements for Comp.
Of these accounts majority of them I believe got a 99 before Nov. 6 2012, which would mean they didn't have access to keepsake keys. So the numbers keep dropping.

I have 560 fero rings, am i the person with the most fero rings in the whole of runescape?

Edit: I also have 2 enlightenment aura's, am i the only person in runescape that has 2 enlightenment aura's?
