When i try to start up my client it will get to about 92% fetching updates then crash. This just started happening yesterday and I tried deleting my jagex file within my storage device. Any help please

?

EDIT: Client will only run in safemode 14 Year Veteran. Completionist Cape owner

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client?

I guessed he already did, so i didn't mention it. Sounds like something basic to do in these cases.
