Although, I didn't make any new friends, one of my old friends messaged me asking what's new with RS.  I told him about bonds, then set a goal to buy one together, I decided my comp cape wasn't worth enough to me, if it meant my friend would play RS again, so I decided to die with it and provide that amount.  Eventually, we made up enough for a bond and the ol' scaping began!  Not only did this friend come back, but my other friend, his best friend, did as well! It was tears of joy for me then on, and with the help of my cousin we all did a few gwd trips.

Since my cousin has a hefty bank, he tanked zammy for us, though it was a bit lackluster with the spawn rates, we managed to get a spear. My cousin would then go to bed, and let me borrow his torva and drygores for the night. The three of us went to sara afterwards, and low behold we got something worth mentioning!

I've edited the name out due to them relating to their IRL names, they've changed names now, but I thought I'd be respectful enough not to show them here. My friend there tried to spam the chat so I wouldn't see the drop, I wasn't paying much attention, after all the 07 gwd I've been doing with no luck. Not only that, the one kill I didn't manage was the biggest reward! However, we managed to get a nice chunk of cash back and with that they've wanted to continue doing pvm together. We've done a few more sara trips with no luck, but that's fine with me, I'm quite enjoying my time with them. Hopefully my cousin will join again, I gave him a portion of my split from our sara trip for letting me borrow his gear, he said he's never enjoyed being paid for sleeping!

Anyways, sorry for the CSB, I can't shorten it more than that. I hope you too have the same experience as I did, with your old friend one day, it really is amazing.

I'm so happy to read that you were able to get your cousin back in the game all the while having fun, SAVIOR friend.

Runescape started with word of mouth and I'm so glad to hear that even through all the advertising, the masses of commercial spam and ridiculous amounts of ads, word of mouth is still, in most cases, the best.

Thanks for sharing and posting SAVIOR friend, it was a real uplifting read so thank you.

Side notes: My bank is TERRIBLE, I know i should just trash everything i don't use daily, but i wanted to know what you think i should get rid off. I tried or organize it for the most part, but it still looks dirty :S some items i don't even know why I still have them, Help please!
